NBC’s Dan Hicks joined the show to talk about covering swimming and the latest with Michael Phelps.
Hicks said that Phelps is looking better and everyone now is a bit more confident he’ll recover from his opening-race loss.
Hicks doesn’t think that anything will happen to ruin Phelps’ legacy unless he really doesn’t show. Hicks said it was shocking how far he finished a whole four seconds behind Ryan Lochte in the race he lost.
